All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation for damages of any sort if we do not supply the goods. The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ price or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is incorrect. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order. Prices on the website may differ from those in our shop.
Payment: Is online using Paypal with whom you do not need to have an account or by BACS. Please note that goods cannot be shipped and goods cannot be assigned to your order until payment has been cleared.
Suitability of Goods: We have taken care to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as continuing product development the specification or design of goods may vary without notice. Colour is not always fairly represented on screens and so we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem within 14 working days of delivery.

Delivery: We generally use Royal Mail or Parcelforce to make deliveries and we will use our best endeavours to get your parcel packed and shipped to you in a timeous manner. If you have a particular date by which you would like a parcel to arrive please makes us aware of this by separate email. Whilst we will make every effort to meet your date we cannot guarantee deliveries. Please let us know within 14 days of placing your order if your items have not arrived. Th e cost of shipping is shown clearly on the site. Orders over £30.00 receive free shipping. Please select the option at the checkout.
Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase and therefore offer a ‘no quibble’ returns policy. Please let us know within 14 days of receipt that you intend to return the item which must arrive with us within a further 14 days. We recommend using a signed for service to return items. Shipping costs will not normally be refunded under these circumstances. Personalised items may not be returned. If the item you receive is not what you ordered or is damaged then please let us know immediately and return it to us for a full refund. If possible please take a photo of any damage to the parcel and of the damage to the item and let us have sight of these when you tell us about the problem.
